B&J Farms was formed in February 1983 and is entirely run by family members who all work very closely together.

Diversification in farming saw the beginning of BJF Feeds which was formed in 1993. It is run alongside B&J Farms. Due to expansion of the business and customer demands, Lynn Leather, Sophie and Keeley have all joined the company. They are involved in the day to day running of both sides of the business.
